FIR bearing No. 286 of 20.10.2021, constituting therein offences embodied under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, is registered against the petitioners-bail applicants at Police Station Sushant Lok, District Gurugram.

The learned State counsel, on instructions, given to him by ASI Pardeep, submits that, subsequent to the lodging of the FIR (supra), a compromise has occurred inter se the accused-petitioners, and, the respondent-complainant. He further submits that the order made by this Court on 21.1.2022, has also been complied with by the petitioners concerned.

Therefore, this Court does not deem it fit, and, appropriate to order for the custodial interrogation of the petitioners, as it would unnecessarily fetter, and, curtail their personal liberty. 4.

In sequel, the instant petition is allowed, and, the order made by GURPREET SINGH 2022.03.08 10:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
