Ferozepur Criminal Complaint CNR No.PBFZ010026032021 Criminal Appeal CIS No.CRA/14/2021 Aggrieved by the recalling of the order dated 17-08-2022, of suspension of sentence by the Sessions Judge, Ferozpur, the convict has come up before this Court against the condition.

The nature of order this court proposes to pass, no response is required from the State.

Let the petitioner appear before the concerned Sessions Court on 10th October, 2002, and engage a counsel to argue her appeal. In case she is unable to engage a counsel, she be provided a legal aid counsel, but the matter shall only be adjourned for short date to enable the legal aid counsel to prepare his brief. However, for any reason of the court is unable to hear the appeal, then such court may grant a short date. 4.

Given above, there impugned order dated 17-08-2022 shall remain stayed till 31st October, 2022. In case the convict-Preeto Bai does not appear before the court or seeks adjournment, then the current order being passed by this court shall stand recalled under section 362 read 482 CrPC, without any further reference to this court. The convict shall ensure that her counsel is ready and present to argue the matter. Petitioner to inform the concerned court.
