(ORAL) Prayer of the petitioners in the instant petition is that the impugned order cannot be sustained, in view of order dated 09.11.2022 passed by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions with the lead case being CWP No.24339 of 2021 titled as Manoj Kumar and Others vs. State of Haryana and Others. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that only the candidates who have requisite qualification as per the advertisement are required to be considered eligible by ignoring the other candidates from the zone of consideration, who are ineligible as those candidates do not have the advertised essential qualifications.

He further submits that the petitioner has filed various representations but as none of them has been attached with the present petition, he will approach the respondents by submitting afresh representation claiming the relief, keeping in view the settled principles of law in Manoj Kumar's case (supra).

Notice of motion.

Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State. He submits that in case any representation has been received in the office of the respondent, it will be decided in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of such representation by passing an appropriate speaking order and in case after the decision of the representation,

Keeping in view the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition may be disposed of as having been not pressed any further. Ordered accordingly.
