**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J These are two appeals preferred by the insurance company questioning their liability on a limited account and are praying for discharge of liability on the plea that there was no permit on the date of the accident and the vehicle was being driven in violation of the terms and conditions of the policy.

The records have been perused and I find no merit in the appeals for the reasons that a permit Ex. R-1 had been produced which is All India permit and it was valid from 26.4.2010 upto 25.4.2015. Ex. F.A.O No. 9780 of 2014 -2F.A.O No. 9781 of 2014 the receipt vide which the permit fees had been paid. The route/area for which the permit was valid is recorded as All India. Therefore, the finding recorded by the Tribunal cannot be faulted with. There is no merit in the appeals.

Both the appeals are dismissed.
