This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 25.02.2015 passed in CWP-3389-2015. 2.

The compliance report by way of affidavit of Mr. Manav Malik, Estate Officer, Panchkula has been filed by learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. It has been stated in the compliance report that the draw of lots would be held within a period of two weeks and that in case the petitioner is successful in the draw of lots, the needful would be done within a period of two weeks thereafter.
