(ORAL) Through this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 and 2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No.3 and 4 as they have solemnized marriage against the wishes of private respondents. Learned counsel for the U.T., Chandigarh has produced the copies of statement of petitioner No.1 - Jyoti, according to which now petitioners do not apprehend any kind of danger at the hands of respondents No.3 and 4. Private respondents have no objection to the marriage of the petitioners. Both the petitioners are living together happily.

In view of above, this petition has been rendered infructuous. Disposed of as such.
