Learned State counsel has filed a status report by way of affidavit of Kulwant Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, SubDivision Tanda, District Hoshiarpur wherein it has been stated that FIR No.283 dated 19.09.2023 under Sections 376, 506, 120-B IPC has been registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur against the respondents - Lucky Baba, Pritam Singh and Sheetal Kaur - and that medical examination of the petitioner has also been conducted on 19.09.2023. Learned counsel would further contend that the statement of the petitioner under Section 164 CrPC would be recorded during the course of the day.
