Mr. Apoorv Garg, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings on behalf of respondent No.1-State in this case in pursuance of the copy of the present petition having been sent to this respondent in advance, submits that he has no objection to the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn.
