Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed an application duly supported by an affidavit seeking permission to withdraw the main petition, which is fixed for 27.8.2020, with liberty to file a fresh, on the same cause of action after including therein subsequent events. Notice of the application.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Tapan Kumar, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. He has no objection if the prayer of the learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner is allowed. In view of the above, CM-6274-2020 is allowed. The main case is preponed for today and after taking the same on board, the same is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
