       This petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner for appointment of sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the claims arising out of the disputes between the parties in terms of clause 6.28 contained in the agreement dated 15.04.2010 entered into between the parties.

In view of the previous order dated 29.07.2022 passed by this Court, necessary declaration as required under Section 12 of the Act sought from Justice Rajiv Narain Raina, a former Judge of this Court, has been received and placed before this Court.

In these circumstances, Justice Rajiv Narain Raina, a former Judge of this Court, is appointed as Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties.

Application stands disposed of.
