The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to decide the representation dated 19.10.2021 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedies available to him in accordance with law.
