SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking quashing of FIR No.242 dated 22.08.2020 registered under Sections 323, 452, 509, 510 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short "IPC") at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise deed dated 30.12.2020 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. Upon instructions from PSI Gurpal, State counsel submits that during the course of investigation, offence under Section 452, IPC has been deleted and Sections 506 IPC and 180 IPC, have been added. In view of the above development, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one, after incorporating the newly added offence.
