1. Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the order dated 19.08.2015 (P-25) passed by the Child Development Project Officer/respondent No.5. The order is stated to have been wrongly passed without giving any opportunity of hearing.

2. Learned counsel submits that thereafter one writ petition no. CWP-3022-2013 was filed by Gram Panchayat village Satipura @ Pindi Satipura which came to be decided by learned Single Judge on 16.05.2016.

3. Against the said order, the petitioner filed an LPA no.LPA-1317-2016 before the Division Bench wherein State counsel stated that the petitioner had been relieved on 19.08.2015. The petitioner was allowed to challenge the same before appropriate forum by the Division Bench vide order dated 12.12.2022.

4. Keeping in view above, the petitioner is left free to challenge the order dated 19.08.2015 before the appellate forum namely the collector against which she will also be free to file second appeal to the Commissioner and then to the Secretary in terms of the Rules prevalent for the anganwadi workers. Petitioner, if still aggrieved, will be free to challenge the same.

5. The decision shall be taken by the appellate forums as soon as possible, preferably within period of 3 months, without delving into the question of limitation.
