(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to conduct investigation in FIR No.213 dated 13.10.2021 registered under Sections 452, 323, 380, 506, 34 IPC, Sections 3 & 4 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 3 and 4 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, strictly in accordance with law.

Learned State counsel has produced photocopy of order dated 10.08.2022 passed by Director General of Police, Punjab, Chandigarh, whereby conducting of enquiries parallel to investigation in criminal cases has been prohibited.

In view of above, present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana RAVINDER SINGH 2022.09.29 10:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
