Mr. S.K.Chaudhary, Advocate for the petitioner **** JAGMOHAN BANSAL, J. (ORAL) The petitioner, through the instant petition is seeking setting aside of order dated 06.10.2021 whereby District Judge Family Court, Pathankot has allowed interim maintenance of Rs. 7,000/- per month to the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that petitioner was working as driver but at present due to accident, he is not in job, thus, it is very difficult for him to pay a sum of Rs. 7000/- per month. He further submits that the Family Court may be directed to finally adjudicate quantum of maintenance after considering the factum of present job status of the petitioner.

Without commenting upon merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a request to Family Court, Pathankot to expeditiously finally adjudicate quantum of maintenance allowance and PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.02.15 17:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
