Mr. Surydeep Singh Thakur, Manager for respondent No. 3/M/s Reliance General Insurance Company (Through video conferencing) ***** Learned counsel for the appellant and the authorized representative of the Insurance Company submit that the parties have orally settled their dispute and according to the oral settlement, the claimants will be paid a sum of Rs.2,60,000/- (Two Lac Sixty Thousand Only) over and above the amount of Rs.10,52,868/- already awarded by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Gurgaon. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Insurance Company submits that the amount of Rs.2,60,000/- will be paid to the claimants within a period of four weeks from today.

As the parties have already settled their dispute in an oral agreement, the same may be implemented and the present appeal is disposed of with the direction that keeping in view the oral settlement between the parties, another sum of Rs.2,60,000/- i.e. over and above the sum of Rs.10,52,868/- already awarded by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Gurgaon, be released in favour of the claimants within a period of four GAURAV ARORA 2021.07.

FAO NO. 9872-2014 weeks from today. As undertaken by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Insurance Company, amount be released through RTGS. The appellant No1/claimant is directed to supply her bank details to the Insurance Company within a period of one week from today so that the awarded amount can be deposited within the time fixed hereinbefore.
