(Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 08.04.2019 (Annexure P-6) of the petitioner for grant of benefit of step up pay and fixation of seniority to the post of Executive Engineer. In case, representation is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
