This case pertains to the year 2011. None had put in appearance on behalf of the parties since 15.12.2023, therefore, on the last date of hearing, Registry was directed to issue notice to both the parties as well as their counsel for the date fixed.

As per the office report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back with the report that no whereabouts of the appellant could be ascertained, whereas notices issued to the respondents have been received back duly served through Clerk. It is further reported that learned counsel for the parties have also been informed through e-mail. 3.

Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the parties. 4.

In view of the above, this Court is now left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution. 5.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Liberty is, however, reserved to the appellant to move an application to revive the present appeal in case any cause of action survives. 7.
