Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 09.05.2024, Annexure P-3, passed by respondent No.3, whereby, depot license of the petitioner issued under the Punjab Targeted Public Distribution System (Licensing and Control) Order, 2016, has been suspended.

Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the State. 3.
Upon instructions from Mr. Sukhdev Singh, AFSO, Mansa, State counsel has placed on record a copy of order dated 23.07.2024, passed by respondent No.3, to state that suspension of the license has been revoked.
