On 13.02.2017 the following order was passed : "As per office report, respondent Nos.1 & 2, 3(i) to (ix), 4 to 7 could not be served as they are not residing at the given address.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to furnish the correct address of aforesaid respondents. On his doing the needful within four weeks, let fresh notices be issued to the abovesaid respondents, for 09.08.2017.

Process dasti as well."

The present appeal pertains to the year 2011. Today, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant nor the correct addresses have been filed. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
