Permission granted. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the Investigating Officer (IO) concerned, shall in making the relevant investigation into FIR No. 0170 of 05.09.2021 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Sahnewal, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana, constituting therein offences under Sections 304A, 279 of IPC, shall bear in mind the contents carried in document / representations respectively embodied in Annexures P-2 & P-3. The afore investigations shall be completed, within four weeks, and thereafter, in the wisdom of the IO, he may institute a report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. against the persons named in the FIR (supra), against whom, there is tangible concrete evidence with respect to their inculpability in the offences embodied in FIR (supra).
