(ORAL) Case of petitioner is that he is working as Mali on DC rates and there is apprehension that his services may not be dispensed with by replacement with another contractual employee. While issuing notice of motion on 02.04.2018, this Court had protected services of petitioner.

Learned State counsel submitted that petitioner is still in service and no steps are being taken for dispensing with his services. In view of aforementioned circumstances, writ petition is disposed of with direction that petitioner shall not be replaced with another such contractual employee till the Department undertakes exercise of filling up posts on regular basis.
