(ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the order dated 03.07.2017 (Annexure P-13) by which, the department had granted the benefits to the petitioner w.e.f. 06.03.2011 only on notional basis and denied the release of the consequential benefits after the petitioner was ordered to be promoted to the post of Block Primary Education Officer, Guruharsahai-II, District Ferozepur. During the course of hearing today, counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents have issued an order dated 26.10.2018 vide which, it has been decided to release all the consequential benefits also w.e.f. 06.03.2011 i.e. from the date when the petitioner was promoted as NARESH KUMAR 2018.12.06 10:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP-7954-2018 -2Block Primary Education Officer, Guruharsahai. Counsel for the petitioner states that even though an order has already been passed, but the same is yet to be implemented. Keeping in view the above-mentioned facts, which are not disputed by counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to implement the order dated 26.10.2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Present writ petition stands disposed of.
