***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Petitioners have sought a writ in nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to continue to pay the old age pension to them. According to the counsel, they were being paid old age pension but same has been discontinued recently in August, 2017.

Learned State counsel submits that as the State found certain persons were drawing the aforesaid benefit without requisite documents. It was decided to stop the pension and re-check the documents. Petition is, thus, disposed of with the direction that in case petitioners appear before respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, Mewat at Nuh, within two weeks from today, and submit necessary documents, same would be examined as to their authenticity and a fresh decision shall be taken thereafter.
