Civil Revision No. 5585 of 2019 (O&M) AND Civil Revision No. 5396 of 2019 (O&M) A civil suit, filed by respondent No.1 for grant of decree for permanent injunction, is pending before the learned trial Court. The plaintiff has also filed an application for grant of temporary injunction during the pendency of the suit under Order XXXIX Rules 1 & 2. The aforesaid application is also still pending. The learned trial Court, in the meantime, by an interim order, restrained the defendants No.1 & 2 from interfering in the work of sewage line/connection being carried out by the plaintiff in the property which vests with Municipal Corporation, Gurugram to connect to the master sewage line of Municipal Corporation, Gurugram. Keeping in view the facts of the case, it is considered appropriate to direct the trial Court to decide application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 & 2 within 15 days. Hence, both the petitions shall stand disposed of. All the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
