Main case The petitioner has preferred this petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the show cause notice dated 16.06.2022 issued by the respondent No.3.

Learned State counsel appears on the basis of advance notice and submits that the competent authority has not passed the order pursuant to the reply filed to the show cause notice. He further submits that appropriate order shall be passed within a period of one month from today in accordance with law.
This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to pass final order in pursuance of show cause notice and reply filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
