PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Mr. Gaurav Garg Dhuriwala, Addl. A.G., Punjab appears on behalf of respondent No.3 and submits that respondent No.3 adopts the reply filed by respondents No.1 and 2. He refers to Para No.4 thereof, which reads as under :

"4. That the petitioner has also been booked now vide FIR no. 432 dated 09.09.2023 u/s 420 IPC PS City Barnala on the basis of a complaint dated 06.04.2023 filed by Shiv Parshad s/o Inder Sain r/o H. no. B-XI/980, Street no. 4 KC Road Barnala, registered in the office of SSP Barnala as complaint no. 1034/ VP dated 10.04.2023 which was enquired into by Baljeet Singh Inspector SHO PS City Barnala, and DSP Barnala for cheating the complainant and others of an amount of Rs. 31 lacs 22 thousand by dishonestly making them invest in his company named as Gain Crypto, against the allegations of cheating the complainant party of the amount of Rs. 44 lacs 60 thousand from December 2022 to January 2023. Before registering the FIR the local police had also obtained a legal opinion thereon by ADA/ Deputy DA Legal Barnala. The investigation has been entrusted to SI Balwinder Singh no. 183 of PS City Barnala. Copy of the FIR is enclosed as Annexure R-3 along-with its translation as Annexure R-3/T."

Mr. Dhuriwala submits that after the petitioner was booked in the aforesaid FIR he stands admitted to pre-arrest bail. 3.

In view of above, no further order is required to be passed. 4.
