**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 26.08.2022 passed by the trial Court whereby the bail granted to the petitioner in FIR No.0276 dated 26.08.2020 under Sections 188, 269, 270 IPC and under Section 51(b) of Disaster Management Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran was cancelled and bail bonds and surety bonds were forfeited to the State.
On 29.09.2022, following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in case of cabinet ministers who are also co-accused in the present FIR,
-2indulgence has been granted in terms of Section 482 read with Section 438 Cr.P.C. thereby directing them to appear before the trial Court and in the event of their appearance, the trial Court was directed to grant interim regular bail to them on the same terms and conditions as were imposed while granting them regular bail at earlier point of time.
The said case is pending for 02.11.2022.
Petitioner could not appear before the trial Court on 26.08.2022 as he was not well. His bail has been cancelled and bail bonds and surety bonds have been forfeited to the State.
Notice of motion for 02.11.2022.
Petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court within a week. On doing so, he shall be granted interim bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
To be heard along with CRM-M No.43731 of 2022. "
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court within the time specified by this Court and has been granted interim bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh admits the aforesaid position.
-3In view of above, order dated 29.09.2022 is hereby made absolute.
