**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) The petitioner has preferred this petition seeking quashing of the order dated 26.08.2022 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tarn Taran, vide which the bail granted to the petitioner in FIR No. 0271 dated 20.08.2020 registered under Sections 188, 269, 341, 342, 270, 283 IPC, Section 51 (b) of the Disaster management Act, 2005 and Section 8B of the National Highway Act, at Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran was cancelled and bail bonds and surety bonds were ordered to be forfeited to the State.

Notice of motion was issued on 30.09.2022, by passing the following order:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in case of co-accused, who are

CRM-M No. 45815 of 2022 -2- 2023:PHHC:065582 ministers in Punjab Government, an order was passed by this Court on 21.09.2022 in CRM-M No.43731 of 2022 directing the petitioners therein to appear before the trial Court. In the event of their appearance, the trial Court was directed to admit them on interim bail to its satisfaction. Similar protection has been granted to the petitioner in FIR No.0276 dated 26.08.2020 under Sections 188, 269, 270 IPC and Section 51(b) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 at Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran vide order dated 29.09.2022 passed in CRM-M No.44600 of 2022.

Notice of motion for 02.11.2022.

Petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court within a week. In the event of appearance of the petitioner, he shall be granted interim bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court."

On 11.01.2023, both the parties could not confirm whether the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court in compliance of the order dated 30.09.2022 or not. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced on record a copy of the order dated 09.12.2022 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tarn Taran, depicting that in compliance of the order dated 30.09.2022, the petitioner had surrendered before the trial Court on 04.10.2022 and was granted bail.

In view of the aforesaid position, the order dated 30.09.2022 is made absolute. Since the petitioner had already

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
