Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he restricts his prayer qua assailing Annexure P-3 only vide which warrants of arrest have been issued against the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said warrants of arrest have been issued on account of the petitioner not having furnished bail bonds in proceedings initiated under Sections 107 and 150 Cr.P.C., whereas the petitioner has always been willing to furnish adequate bail bonds/surety bonds.

Without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to appear before respondent No.3 - Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police-cum-Executive Magistrate, Amritsar and to Pankaj Kakkar 2024.08.27 15:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-40881-2024 (O&M) ( 2 ) furnish adequate bail bonds/surety bonds as may be required. In case, the petitioner does the needful within a period of 3 days from today, the operation of Annexure P-3 vide which warrants of arrest have been issued against the petitioner, shall remain suspended unless it is found that the same have been issued for some other cause.
