(Oral) The instant petition has been filed for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to arrest the respondents No.5 to 8 in case FIR No.0043 dated 14.03.2023 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 of IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Tohana, District Fatehabad. 2.

From the record it transpires that FIR has been registered in March, 2023, whereas, the instant petition has been filed in August, 2023. This Court within a short span of time cannot conclude that the investigation is not being conducted in a free and fair manner and is not heading in a right direction.

The instant petition has been filed at pre-mature stage. Disposed of, however, with the liberty to re-access this Court, in case an inordinate delay occurred in concluding of investigation.
