******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Rohtash Singh submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the case is now fixed for 07.11.2019 for defence evidence. In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with submission that trial Court may be directed to expedite trial of the case. Dismissed as withdrawn.

Trial Court is directed to expedite trial in case bearing FIR No. 116 dated 17.04.2018, registered at Police Station Punhana, District Nuh and try to dispose of the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months.
