The matter has been amicably settled. As per the settlement as put forth by learned counsel for the parties, the appellant(s)-claimant(s) in all the above captioned appeals are allowed enhanced amount of compensation, over and above the amount of compensation already allowed by the tribunal, as follows:- (i) In FAO No.9973 of 2014, amount of compensation is enhanced by `45,000/-.

(ii) In FAO No.208 of 2015, amount of compensation is enhanced by `40,000/-.

(iii) In FAO No.905 of 2015, amount of compensation is enhanced by `25,000/-.

(iv) In FAO No.910 of 2015, amount of compensation is enhanced by `30,000/-.

As the matter has been amicably settled, the appellantsclaimants are not allowed any interest on the enhanced amount of compensation. The respondent-insurance company will deposit the enhanced amount of compensation in the bank accounts of appellants-

-3claimants or pay the same through demand drafts, within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, respondent-insurance company will pay interest @ 7.5% per annum on the enhanced amount of compensation from the date of filing of the appeal till actual payment.
