(ORAL) This appeal has been filed by the appellant wife against the judgment and decree dated 12.9.2016 passed by the trial Court by which the petition filed by her under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 was dismissed.

The appeal has been filed by the appellant wife through Mr. Jai Bhagwan, Advocate. On 17.10.2018, counsel for the appellant had pleaded no instructions, therefore, notice was issued to the appellant. As per the office report, notice has been served upon the appellant but she has not engaged any other lawyer nor put in appearance to pursue this case.

Therefore, this appeal is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution.
