At this stage, learned counsel for the respondent submits that petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, which was sought to be transferred by the applicant, has since been withdrawn by the respondent. In view of the submission made aforesaid, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present application, which may be dismissed as withdrawn.
