NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel while praying for setting aside the order dated 05.08.2019 passed by the Civil Judge (Sr.Division), Ludhiana, vide which evidence of the petitioner was closed submitted that she was impleaded as the defendant much later and, in fact, the plaintiff too has closed his evidence only on 09.05.2019.

Be that as it may, in view of the short controversy and without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the revision petition with a direction to the Court to grant her two opportunities to lead the evidence subject to payment of `10,000/- as costs, to be paid to the plaintiff.

Disposed of.
