* * * ANIL KSHETARPAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in FIR No.274, dated 2.10.2018, registered under Sections 398 and 401 IPC and under Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station City Narwana, District Jind.

Learned counsel for the petitioner while drawing attention of this Court to order passed on 18.7.2019 in CRM-M-29589-2019, filed by co-accused Vipin Kumar, submits that the case of the prosecution is also the same.

Accordingly, for the reasons recorded in the order dated 18.7.2019 and considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 2.10.2018, the present petition is allowed.
