(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 292 dated 19.11.2020 under Sections 307, 148, 149, 427 IPC & 25/27 of Arms Act registered at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran. Learned State counsel has strongly opposed the present petition for quashing of FIR on the grounds that it needs appreciation of evidence which cannot be done even in 482 Cr.P.C. while quashing of FIR. In view of the statement, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all these points before the trial Court at the time of framing of charges.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. The trial Court shall consider all the arguments taken up by the petitioners at the time of framing of charges.
