Learned counsel for the petitioner, during the course of arguments, apprehend that he will not get favourable order, at this stage, he wishes to withdraw the instant petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.269 dated 30.12.2024 under Section 108, 3 (5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (erstwhile Sections 306/34 IPC) registered at Police Station City Kotkapura, District Faridkot and accordingly withdraws the same.  2.

In view of the statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly as well.
