     Issue a writ, order directions in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 09.06.2022 (Annexure P-4) illegally and arbitrarily passed by respondent No. 5 to the extent that salary and retiral benefits of the deceased husband of petitioner (fully entitled) are withheld due to the reason of paucity of funds in the sugar mill and further for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or directions in the nature of mandamus. directing the respondents to release the retiral benefits of Sukhwinder Singh (deceased) husband of the petitioner (died on 03.02.2020) such as Amount of Gratuity to the tune of Rs. 6,35,541/-, amount of welfare fund of Rs. 1,50,000/-, amount of Salary of Rs. 84,561/- and amount of Funeral Ceremony to the tune of Rs. 20,000/- i.e. total amount of Rs. 8,90,102/- along with interest @ 12% P.A.

and some medical bills which are also pending since the date of death of husband of petitioner i.e. 03.02.2020 due to Brain Tumor (who was working as Security Guard with respondent No. 3) regarding which a legal notice was also sent to respondent No. 5 on 14.03.
