RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.3 to provide basic/civic amenities like sewerage, adequate water supply, proper roads etc., as mentioned in Order No.1467 dated 4.12.1973, Annexure P-4, and make arrangements for lifting of cowdung from Dairy Complex Haibowal Khurd, Ludhiana with a further prayer for issuance of directions to respondents to take a decision on application dated 04.08.2023, Annexure P-10 at the earliest. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that representation, Annexure P-10, was filed by the petitioner before respondent No.3 on 04.08.2023 but no decision has been taken on the same till date. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms.Akshita Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.
