The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS),2023 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking transfer of investigation in cross case/DDR No.60 dated 03.03.2022 under Sections 323, 452, 427, 34 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Sohana against respondent Nos.5 to 8 arising out of FIR No.100 dated 03.03.2022 under Sections 323, 441, 294, 506, 149 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Sohana District SAS Nagar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
