(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking quashing of complaint bearing No.COMA-95-2020 dated 07.09.2020 (Annexure P-3) registered under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 alongwith order dated 07.09.2020 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurdaspur, whereby, notice has been issued to the petitioner and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial Court.
