(ORAL) Through this appeal prayer has been made for enhancement of compensation awarded to the appellant by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhiwani, (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') vide award dated 18.09.2015.

Learned counsel for the appellant contends that no compensation has been granted towards loss of income to the appellant by the Tribunal, ignoring the fact that a major operation was conducted upon the appellant for his tibia, wherein interlocking nail was inserted in his right leg.

Heard.

Considering the fracture of leg suffered by the appellant and his hospitalisation in the hospital, initially for 13 days, he is granted `18,000/- Ravinder Singh 2018.03.12 13:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document over and above the compensation already granted by the Tribunal towards

-2FAO No.8464 of 2015 loss of income for three months @ `6,000/- per month, which shall be paid by respondent No.2 - Insurance Company along with interest @ 6% per annum from the date of filing of claim petition till realization. Disposed of.
