G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The order dated 03.03.2017 has not been complied with. The same reads thus:- " CM-25412-CII-2016 This is an application filed under Section 30 of the Workmen Compensation Act, 1923 praying for exemption from filing the certificate by the Commissioner. The appeal has been filed by the employer against the award of the Commissioner under the Workmen Compensation Act, 1923 whereby sum of ` 6, 77, 760/- has been awarded as compensation along with interest @ 12% per annum from the expiry of one month from the date of death of the deceased. Since the amount was not deposited, the appeal is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.

FAO No. 7436 of 2016 (O&M) Counsel for the appellant prays for some time to deposit the amount with the Commissioner.

To come up on 02.05.2017."

Resultantly, the appeal being not maintainable is dismissed. It is open to the appellant to revive the appeal in case the amount is deposited within a reasonable time.
