FAO No.7437 of 2016 (O&M) -2decided on 30.03.2016 as the notification involved in the aforementioned matter and the present appeals is same i.e. for acquiring the land of village Daulatpur.

The counsel for respondents has no objection if the appeals are disposed of in terms of the aforementioned judgment rendered by this Court. Accordingly, both the appeals are disposed of in terms of the judgment rendered by this Court in FAO No.9678 of 2014 decided on 30.03.2016. The appellants shall be entitled to all the benefits as indicated in the aforementioned judgment excluding period of delay in not approaching this Court.
