Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Satbir Kaur in case FIR No. 153 dated 04.07.2019, registered under Section(s) 3 & 5 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 was added lateron) at Police Station City Kharar, District S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali.

By now, the petitioner has not approached the Court of Sessions. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court of Sessions, at the first instance. In view of above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
