Mr. I.S.Pabla, Advocate, for the complainant ***** ARUN MONGA, J,(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest/anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.108 dated 15.06.2023, registered under Section 506 of the IPC, 1860 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, (Amendment 2015) (for short 'the Act'), at Police Station Line Par, Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar.

Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for the complainant submit that this petition is not maintainable as there is a specific remedy available to him under the provisions of Section 14-A of the Act. 2.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.
