(Presence marked through Video Conference) *** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Aggrieved with the award dated 13.08.2021 rendered by Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Karnal, Insurance Company has preferred the instant appeal.

It transpires that connected appeal filed by the Insurance Company bearing FAO No.3093-2021 arising out of the same accident involving the same motorcycle on which two victims were riding at the time of accident lost their lives. It is though not clear as to which of the victims was driver and which of them was pillion.

Be that as it may, both lost their lives and in view of the detailed reasons given in FAO No.3093-2021 decided on 25.11.2021, the present appeal also does not survive for further adjudication and has to necessarily meet the same fate.
