Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to quash the order dated 25.08.2013, Annexure P-8, passed by respondent No.1 for preparation of instrument of partition. It is also prayed to quash the further proceedings arising out of the order dated 25.08.2013, Annexure P-8.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 5.
It is, however, made clear that the period spent by the petitioner before this Court in pursuing this petition be taken into consideration by the concerned Authority as per Section 14 of the Limitation Act. May 27, 2024 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
